Our exclusive self-catering apartments are as beautiful as the town of Baška itself. Located in a quiet side street near the city center, they offer spacious accommodations furnished to the highest European standards. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the white sand and pebble beach, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the transparent blue Adriatic Sea. The clean, crystal-clear water not only provides perfect conditions for snorkeling enthusiasts and divers but also invites you to swim, relax, and sunbathe.

Our apartment complex is a true feel-good paradise with an inviting atmosphere in two buildings. The first two apartments, ANESA and BELA, are located in the annex and are designed with great attention to detail.

Over the years, we have continuously expanded our facility. The main building now includes the apartments CIRA, DARIA, ELLA, NELLIE, LUNA, ZOE, KIANA, ILVY, and our double room STELLA, all of which are thoughtfully decorated and have a warm ambiance.

Both buildings are connected by the inviting pool area, which serves as the perfect place to relax and unwind, enhancing the overall concept of a unique feel-good destination.

Our apartments are perfectly equipped and not only provide ample space but also the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday for couples or families. The adjacent 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments are also ideally suited for a shared vacation with friends.

Facilities and availability
of our apartments

All our apartments feature a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC (main building), a hairdryer, wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a Loxone music server (main building), a safe, Wi-Fi, and a spacious terrace or balcony with seating, some of which also include lounge furniture or sun loungers. The apartment ILVY is located on the ground floor and therefore does not have a balcony, but it offers all other amenities.

Additionally, you have access to a kitchen-living area equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine with coffee capsules, as well as cooking and eating utensils. You will also find bed linen, hand and bath towels, and an initial supply of soap and toilet paper provided in the apartment. Our double room STELLA is furnished with a double bed, a table, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. In our two apartments, ANESA and BELA, pets are warmly welcome with prior notice.
